A north-east man has denied pouring paint over his ex-wife’s car while it sat in a hospital car park.
Prosecutors allege Alan Holmes targeted the vehicle at Fraserburgh Hospital in Lochpots Road on October 4.
The 60-year-old appeared at Peterhead Sheriff Court yesterday and pled not guilty to a single charge of wilfully or recklessly destroying or damaging property belonging to another.
Holmes, of Williams Crescent in Fraserburgh, was released on bail, with one of the conditions being that he does not approach his former partner.
He will return to the dock next month.
