Patrick Thorne, of Park Lane, Peterhead, admitted to breaking into LN Studio while on bail for other offences. The 25-year-old appeared in Peterhead Sheriff Court yesterday facing charges for a number of alleged break-ins. Thorne pled guilty to breaking into LN Studio on Broad Street, stealing a money box, a quantity of hair straighteners and a quantity of money. He also admitted a charge relating to an offence in Boots, Marischal street on November 12. The case was adjourned for the completion of relevant reports. PC Josh Kinnaird said: “We are grateful to the community for its support while enquiries were carried out.” Thorne will appear in court again on December 20.
