An Angus woman convicted of culpable homicide after the death of an Aberdeen oil worker plans to appeal.
According to The Courier, a spokeswoman for the High Court in Edinburgh said paperwork confirming “a notice of intention to appeal against conviction and sentence” had been lodged for Tasmin Glass.
The 20-year-old was sentenced to 10 years in prison last month for her part in the brutal killing of her former partner, Steven Donaldson.
Mr Donaldson’s body was discovered in the car park at Kinnordy Nature Reserve near Kirriemuir, Angus, in the early hours of June 7 last year.
Earlier this week, it was revealed similar papers had been lodged for Steven Dickie and Callum Davidson.
The pair were both jailed for life on May 30 at the High Court in Edinburgh, with judge Lord Pentland ordering they serve a minimum of 23 and 24 years respectively.
