A 36-year-old London man who had a screwdriver and blades in two Inverness pubs will be sentenced next month.
Inverness Sheriff Court heard yesterday police were called to Bar One in Academy Street on January 16 last year after Andrew Eyers and another man were ejected from the premises.
Both were traced to the Caledonian Bar in High Street and when searched, the weapons were found.
Eyers admitted illegal possession of blades in a public place without reasonable excuse.
Sheriff Gordon Fleetwood called for a background report and Eyers will re-appear on August 23. He was again remanded in custody.
