A 28-year-old woman has admitted stealing from pensioners.
Stephanie Rennie, of Rowan Road, Inverness, appeared before Sheriff Gordon Fleetwood yesterday and admitted two theft charges.
The first offence took place on July 5 this year in Ord Terrace, Inverness, where she took money and cigarettes from a 67-year-old man.
On August 7, Rennie stole a bank card from a 65-year-old woman in St John’s Avenue.
Solicitor Marc Dickson told Inverness Sheriff Court his client was due to be sentenced on another matter on September 19 and she was remanded until then.
