A fight at a Nairn holiday park led to a police officer being assaulted.
A 31-year-old local man, Darren Wildgoose, of Riverside Court, appeared at Inverness Sheriff Court yesterday and admitted the disturbance and striking the constable.
Sentence was deferred until December 9 by Sheriff Chris Dickson for a background report and a restriction of liberty order assessment.
Wildgoose pled guilty to abusive behaviour by shouting swearing, threatening violence, throwing furniture around, fighting with patrons and employees, and forcing open a locked door and damaging it.
The court was told the disturbance took place at the Lochloy Holiday Park on June 8 this year.
He also admitted repeatedly striking the police officer on the body with his head.
