Police using a sniffer dog confiscated drugs on Sunday ahead of a vessel leaving for Shetland. Marc Smith, whose general address was given as Aberdeen, appeared in private at the city’s sheriff court. He faces two charges relating to the supply of drugs. The 22-year-old made no plea and was released on bail. A date for his next appearance is yet to be set.
