James Macintosh is accused of sexually assaulting a teenager as she slept and using lewd, indecent and libidinous practices towards her. The alleged offences happened in a Buchan town on various occasions in the 1980s. The 74-year-old is further accused of sexually assaulting another girl in 2018. Macintosh denied the charges against him when he appeared at Aberdeen Sheriff Court yesterday.
