A trial date has been set for an Inverness street seller and busker accused of a series of sex charges.
Kim Avis, also known as Gordon, faces 25 charges.
Avis is accused of raping three women and attempting to rape one of them when she was 12.
The 55-year-old is also accused of sexually assaulting a girl when she was 11 and faces breach of the peace and threatening and abusive behaviour charges.
The allegations cover a period between January 1997 and March this year and mainly relate to alleged incidents in the Inverness area.
The Crown and Prosecution Service yesterday confirmed Avis will appear for at a floating trial to begin at the High Court in Edinburgh on March 20.
Last November, when Avis appeared at the High Court in Glasgow following his arrest, his counsel, advocate Lorenzo Alonzi lodged not guilty pleas on his behalf.
No application for bail was made and he was remanded in custody until his next appearance.
