A man bombarded a former partner with more than 50 late night telephone calls in a row over his clothes.
Ichtijandras Sabaliaukas, 30, rang his ex-partner just after midnight on February 17, asking for some clothes and jewellery he had left at her house.
The woman answered the call, from an unknown number, and immediately recognised the voice.
She let Sabaliaukas speak, but did not say anything herself before hanging up.
He then proceeded to flood her phone with a further 54 calls and make several threats of violence, in the space of less than two hours.
Sabaliaukas admitted making the calls for the purpose of annoying, inconveniencing or causing needless anxiety to the woman at Aberdeen Sheriff Court yesterday.
His solicitor, Kevin Longino, explained his client had lost his job as a joiner as a result of his arrest.
Mr Longino added that Sabaliaukas, of Society Lane in Aberdeen, had been drinking vodka before the call and was worried the woman would keep his possessions.
Sentencing was deferred for one year for Sabaliaukas to be of good behaviour.
