A woman has denied breaking into a north-east takeaway and stealing a cash box.
Stephanie Saunders appeared from custody at Aberdeen Sheriff Court in connected with the allegation.
The 33-year-old is accused of breaking into New Garden on High Street, Fraserburgh, and stealing a cash box containing a quantity of money.
It is not known how much money was allegedly taken from the premises, which is a Chinese takeaway.
She also faced a charge of breaching a bail condition not to enter Mid Street in the town.

Flanked in the dock by two security guards, Saunders entered pleas of not guilty to both charges through defence agent David Sutherland who appeared representing her.
Sheriff William Summers fixed a trial date for July, with a pre-trial hearing scheduled for late June to check on preparation.
No motion for bail having been made, Saunders, whose address was given in court papers as Queens Crescent, Rosehearty, was remanded in custody ahead of her next appearance in connection with the matter.
Following the incident, Police Scotland took to social media to advise they had “received a report of a theft from a takeaway premises on High Street, Fraserburgh”.
