Lee Duncan, 44, appeared in the dock at Aberdeen Sheriff Court where he was given a 12-month supervision order. Duncan, of Bloomfield Road, Aberdeen, had previously pled guilty to stealing a quantity of perfume from Boots in the Bon Accord Centre on March 31.
