A man is set to be sentenced next month after admitting being concerned in the supply of heroin.
Alan Fraser appeared in the dock at Aberdeen Sheriff Court yesterday in connection with the matter.
The 47-year-old, who was represented in court by defence agent Lynn Bentley, confirmed he was pleading guilty to being concerned in the supplying of the Class A drug between October 7 and 22 in 2017.
The offence took place at Scotstown Road in Bridge of Don, Aberdeen, and elsewhere.
Sheriff Morag McLaughlin said: “I’m going to get a criminal justice social work report before this case is disposed of.”
She deferred sentence on Fraser, whose address was given in court papers as Holburn Street in Aberdeen, until next month for the report to be prepared.
