The teenager, who cannot be named for legal reasons because of his age, appeared in private at Peterhead Sheriff Court over the matter. It comes after heroin, with a potential street value of £10,000, was seized following a stop and search in Fraserburgh on Friday. The youngster faced a string of charges including being concerned in the supply of drugs. He also faced a charge of assault, theft and two charges of attempting to pervert the course of justice. The case against him was continued for further examination and he was released on bail. A date for his next court appearance over the matter has yet to be fixed.
