Nicholas McGuire, 22, pled guilty to assaulting the woman on Union Street on July 7 last year. He pushed her, causing her to fall to the ground to her injury. Defence agent Mike Monro said: “The injury here is a fracture to her wrist.” Sheriff Ian Cruickshank deferred sentence on McGuire, of Farquhar Road, Aberdeen, until next month for reports.
