An Aberdeen man has denied dangerous driving by chasing another vehicle, causing a head-on crash.
Derek Robertson, 61, is alleged to have pursued another vehicle on North Anderson Drive on September 27 2017, driven into oncoming traffic and collided head-on with the other vehicle.
Robertson, of Marchburn Crescent, Aberdeen, is also accused of failing to stop and provide details and report the crash.
He denied the charges, while co-accused Marcus Paton, 28, of Springhill Road, Aberdeen, also pled not guilty to failing to identify the driver to police.
A date for a preliminary hearing was fixed for next month.
