Paul Clayton, 40, admitted being in possession of heroin and cocaine on December 22 last year at Fraser Place in Aberdeen. He was not present when the case was called in court. The court was told the offence took place at around 9.20pm and that police “had cause” to search him while the vehicle he was in had been stopped. Sentence was deferred until later this month for Clayton, whose address was given in court as Hazlehead Terrace, Aberdeen, to appear in person.
