An Aberdeen woman smashed ornaments and shouted at people while “on a four-day bender,” a court heard.
Dominique Livingstone, 22, was at a property on Laburnum Walk, Aberdeen, at 10.30pm on November 21 last year when she got into an argument with someone else at the property, Aberdeen Sheriff Court heard.
Fiscal depute Gavin Letford said: “The accused smashed several ornaments and neighbours were shouted at.”
Sheriff Sukhwinder Gill said: “She was on a bender for four days, having taken various drugs including Xanax. She is an aggressive lady with a bit of a record.”
Livingstone, whose address was given in court as Crown Street, Aberdeen, admitted causing fear, alarm or distress and was given a structured deferred sentence for six months.
