Michael Thomson, 45, pled guilty by letter to the offence which happened on May 10 2018 on Roadside Terrace, St Cyrus. Thomson, of Western Road, Aberdeen, admitted dangerous driving. Thomson fell asleep at the wheel and went on to lose control of the vehicle. Sentence was deferred until November 28 and he was disqualified from driving in the interim.
