Police are appealing for more witnesses to come forward after a 21-year-old motorcyclist appeared in court this week on a number of antisocial driving charges.
John Fraser, of 236 Calisar Road, Forres, appeared at Elgin Sheriff Court on Monday on 14 charges after an incident on Saturday, which involved an assault and various traffic misdemeanours in residential areas of Forres.
Fraser admitted nine driving charges in the town’s Twinning Link area and the assault on Pilmuir Road, but pled not guilty to five other charges.
The case was continued and Fraser was reprimanded in custody until an intermediate diet on December 11.
A police spokeswoman said they were keen to trace further witnesses.
Anyone with information is asked to contact police on 101 or Crimestoppers.
