A woman is facing court after her dog allegedly bit and injured two children, including a one-year-old baby.
Katarzyna Kulaszewska appeared in the dock at Aberdeen Sheriff Court facing two charges under the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991.
It is alleged the 32-year-old was the owner of an American Akita called Dexter when the animal was “dangerously out of control” at Tillydrone Community Centre on March 21.
The charge alleges Dexter bit a one-year-old girl on the body to her injury.
A second charge states that Dexter also bit and injured a five-year-old girl at a property in Aberdeen in March 2021.
Kulaszewska entered pleas of not guilty to both charges through solicitor John McLeod.
Sheriff Morag McLaughlin bailed Kulaszewska, of Papermill Gardens, Aberdeen, and fixed a trial date in August as well as a pre-trial hearing for July.
