Ashly Forsyth lashed out at Margaret Terry at the town’s sheriff court on October 7 as she was waiting to enter the public building. The 27-year-old repeatedly shouted and swore at the worker before lunging at her and pushing her on the body. During the violent outburst she also kicked a fire extinguisher which was hanging on the wall. Forsyth, a prisoner in HMP Grampian, admitted the offences when she appeared at Aberdeen Sheriff Court yesterday. Sentence was deferred until later this month for a restriction of liberty assessment to be carried out. Sheriff Graeme Napier warned her she could be looking at a prison sentence because of her behaviour.
