A 63-year-old Inverness man lost his temper with his partner after he found a woman injecting herself in a bedroom, Inverness Sheriff Court has heard.
Malcolm MacPherson, of 6 Creag Dubh Terrace, had returned to his partner’s home in Sinclair Park after a day’s drinking on February 6, 2015.
He admitted causing a breach of the peace by shouting and swearing and threatening violence towards the occupants.
Police were called and he was arrested,
Defence solicitor Marc Dickson said: “What set off the argument was that he found a female acquaintance in a bedroom of the house injecting herself. He has been out of trouble for the past decade.”
