A man is set to stand trial accused of trespassing on an Aberdeen railway bridge and spray painting a mural on it.
Gavin Sproul denied the charges against him when the case called at Aberdeen Sheriff Court.
The 32-year-old faces a vandalism charge alleging he painted a mural on the boundary wall at Biscuit railway sidings, Dee Viaduct in Aberdeen, the railway bridge over the Dee between Wellington Road and Riverside Drive.
He is also accused of trespassing on the land there and then giving police false details.
The offences are alleged to have been committed on August 30 last year.
Sproul, of Balgonie Avenue, Paisley, was not personally present when the case called against him, but solicitor John Hardie confirmed he pleaded not guilty.
Sheriff Lesley Johnston continued the case to a further pre-trial hearing in February.
