Two men are set to appear in court after police recovered heroin worth £95,000 in a north east town.
The men – aged 36 and 21 – are expected to appear at Peterhead Sheriff Court tomorrow in relation with drug offences following the find.
A police spokesman said: “The haul was recovered as part of an intelligence led operation in the South Road area of Peterhead on Wednesday, July 15.”
Community Policing Inspector Simon Reid said: “We are dedicated to keeping communities safe and will act on any information and will act on information about suspicious activity.”
