Four people appeared in court yesterday facing various drugs charges.
Sarah Phipps, 19, of 14 Churchill Drive in Peterhead is accused of supplying Class B drug cannabis at her home on Monday.
Gemma Roy, 31, of 13 North Braeheads, Fraserburgh; Jackie Suleman, 34, of 15 North Braeheads, Fraserburgh; Zachary Nixon, 22, of 17 Buckingham Road, Rowley Regis, West Midlands are charged with supplying Class A drugs heroin and cocaine.
The three are accused of supplying the drugs at Suleman’s home on Monday.
Roy is also charged with intentionally obstructing two police officers during the raid, by jumping out a ground floor window.
It comes after police seized cocaine, heroin and cannabis worth around £1,300 during raids in Fraserburgh and Peterhead.
The four pleaded not guilty to all the charges and were released on bail. A date for their trial has been set for February 10.
