A 27-year-old man has been charged in connection with the break-ins.
A 27-year-old man has been charged in relation to a number of break-ins and thefts that occurred in the Peterhead area.
A report has been submitted to the Procurator Fiscal and the man is expected to appear at Peterhead Sheriff Court today – Monday December 14.
Detective Sergeant Sam Buchan said: “As we approach Christmas, we are urging people to ensure their properties are secure and valuables are not left on display or within easy reach.
“Anyone who sees suspicious activity should contact us on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 if you wish to remain anonymous.”
