Three men exposed themselves on Highland night out

A former Shetland Gas Plant worker from Pembrokeshire who took part in “disgusting” behaviour alongside with two other men on a night out by exposing himself in Brae pubs has been fined.
Lee Waagenes, of 141 Bush Street, Pembroke Dock, lowered his clothing at the village’s Northern Lights and Mid Brae Inn on 20 September.
Procurator fiscal Duncan Mackenzie said three men were so drunk they were “falling about”.
Representing himself, former gas plant worker Waagenes said he had never appeared in court before and wanted to apologise for his actions.
Sheriff Philip Mann said the 23 year old’s behaviour was “disgusting and unacceptable” and gave him a £300 fine.
Two other men co-accused on the same charges plead guilty by letter.
34 year old Glen Garrity, of 75 Baret Road, Newcastle Upon Tyne, and 33 year old Nathan Goldsmith, of 33 Harbour Close, Leyland, will face sentencing on 30 April.
