Marcin Chimielewski, 4 Skinner Court, Inverness admitted obstructing police and shouting and swearing in Academy Street on March 29 last year. The court heard he became involved in a disturbance to which police were called. Defence lawyer John MacColl said his client injured his hand which he showed to police. But because he was shouting and swearing, he was arrested and put to the ground, Mr MacColl said. “He was in significant pain.” Mr MacColl added.
