A Polish man who drove while disqualified also had too much alcohol in his system, Inverness Sheriff Court was told yesterday.
Cezary Kulszewicz, 52, of 4 Tulloch Buildings, Ardconnel Terrace, Inverness appeared from custody and pleaded guilty to both offences and another of driving without insurance on Glenurquhart Road, on May 22.
His blood alcohol count was 28mgs, just over the legal limit of 22mgs.
He also admitted previous convictions, the last of which was in October 9 when he was disqualified from driving for a year for driving while banned.
