A group of Aberdeenshire women will stage a conference on helping the environment next month.
The event, organised by Garioch Women for Change, will be held on Saturday, March 7, in Inverurie Town Hall.
It will cover a range of topics in 11 different seminars.
Speakers include Jane Morrison, the executive officer at the Scottish Environment Protection Agency, and Cait-Murray-Green, the chief executive a company which uses fish processing waste to create an alternative to plastic.
Lynne Copland, event co-organiser, said the topics cover issues which are important for Aberdeenshire.
She added: “It has been designed to promote confidence and raise awareness of behavioural and social changes that can be adopted.”
The event is open to all and registration for seminars is required by emailing gariochwomenforchange@outlook.com.
