A82 closed after multiple-vehicle crash

A stretch of the A82 has been closed following a multiple-vehicle crash.

Emergency services are currently in attendance and a number of vehicles are understood to be involved in the incident.

The route has been closed two miles south of Drumnadrochit but no diversions are currently in place.

Severe delays are anticipated in the area.

A Police Scotland spokesman said: “Police Scotland can confirm the A82, two miles south of Drumnadrochit is currently closed.

“Further details on casualties and vehicles involved will follow in due course.”
