Police are searching for a vulnerable woman who has gone missing in the Highlands.
Zheleva Velichka, 76, is a Bulgarian national who was visiting Wick in Caithness. She was last seen at around 10.30am this morning leaving an address in Scarfs Craig Place.
A Police Scotland spokesman said: “Ms Velichka has dementia and it is not known which direction she walked. She is described as short with dark red hair and wearing a green top and green jeans.
“As searches continue in the local area officers are appealing to residents to keep an eye out for Ms Velichka and contact Police on 101 immediately if sighted.”
