Police and fire teams were called to the scene near Aviemore after the alarm was raised at 5.12pm. Traffic Scotland said initially both carriageways between Lywilg and the A86 overpass were restricted. It has since said that traffic travelling northbound can use the A9 while drivers going southbound are being diverted through Aviemore. The road was fully re-opened at around 6.40pm. More to follow.
