Police are in attendance on the A9 road south of Tain near its junction with the B9174. The crash involved a Honda CRV and Chrysler vehicle. Ambulance teams are currently attending to a male but no further information is yet available on his condition. The Fire Service are also in attendance and three crews have been sent to scene. The police have warned motorists to expect delays in the area and to use alternative routes if possible. A spokesman for Police Scotland said: “Drivers are thanked for their patience.”
