A Sutherland support service has been praised following an unannounced inspection.
The Beachview Lodge support service in Brora received grades of five – meaning “very good” – in all four of the inspection’s categories during the visit conducted on November 15 last year.
The NHS Highland-run service provides support for up to 20 adults with learning difficulties.
Lorraine Coe, NHS Highland’s district manager for Sutherland, said: “These are fantastic results for a great support service.”
The report made just one recommendation.
In the quality of environment category is said the service needed to upgrade one of the toilet areas to ensure those with disabilities can be supported on site.
