Emergency services attended a three-car crash this morning on a stretch of the A9 under roadworks.
The accident happened close to the A86 overpass with Kingussie shortly after 10.30am.
A police spokeswoman said that no one was badly hurt as a result of the collision and that paramedics on scene dealt treated casualties with cuts and bruises.
She added that it appeared that three vehicles had “run into the back of each other” in a lower speed level of roadworks.
A fire service spokesman said that one appliance from Kingussie attended and made the scene safe.
The road was partially blocked for an hour.
