Police seek help tracing missing man

Police are appealing to the public for assistance to help trace James Fewell, 62, who has been reported missing from the Plockton area.

He was last seen at around 12.30am on Saturday April 8 at the Plockton Hotel.

Mr Fewell is described as around 6ft 1in in height, of slim build with long dark hair tied back in a pony tail.

A police spokesman said: “When last seen he was wearing a blue woollen jumper and a pair of yellow wellingtons.

“Anyone with information of his whereabouts is requested to contact 101 and quote Inverness reference NP2772/17.”

A coastguard rescue helicopter, Kyle Lifeboat and local coastguard volunteers are all involved in the search.
