A motorcyclist has been killed in a collision with a bus on the A82.
The incident occurred at 1pm at Laggan Locks, near Invergarry.
A police spokeswoman said: “Tragically, the male motorcyclist died and next of kin have been informed.
“Neither the bus driver or bus passengers suffered any significant injuries.
“The A82 is closed between Spean Bridge and Invergarry while crash investigators carry out a thorough examination of the scene. Diversions are in place.
“Inquiries into the full circumstances surrounding this incident are ongoing and anyone who can assist with our investigation is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101.”
