VIDEO: Emergency crews fighting Highland house fire

Emergency crews are tackling a house fire in Nairn.

The alarm was raised about the fire at a property on Grant Street in the town just after 11.20am.

Two fire crews from Nairn are currently at the scene and a third is on the way from Forres.

A spokesman for the fire service said the fire was reported to be in the roof space of the property.

Crews have used three main jets and several sets of breathing appartus to work at the scene.

Firefighters have also checked for signs of the fire spreading into a neighbouring property.
