The public can have its say on NHS Highand’s performance at an “annual review” being held in Aviemore at the end of the month.
Public Health Minister Aileen Campbell will attend the meeting in the Macdonald Resort.
In a change to previously announced arrangements, the public session gathering is from 1pm on August 31.
The event will focus on NHS Highland’s performance over the past year.
All NHS boards undergo such a review each year and provide an opportunity for members of health boards to highlight their achievements and discuss issues with the minister and other Scottish Government representatives.
The agenda is set by the Scottish Government health department based on national standards and agreed local performance targets.
Highland board chairman David Alston said: “The annual review is a good opportunity for us to celebrate our successes and to also highlight some of the challenges.
“I would be delighted if members of the public took the opportunity to join us for the public session and, if they want, ask a question of NHS Highland or the Scottish Government on the day.”
Further details on the annual review will be made available on the NHS Highland website.
Anyone wishing to attend or who has any questions about the event should email maimie.thompson@nhs.net call 01463 704722 or write to Maimie Thompson, the board’s head of PR, at Assynt House, Inverness IV2 3BW.
