Can you help identify man spotted acting suspiciously?

Police are appealing for help after they received reports of a young man acting suspiciously in Beauly.

The force was contacted by a member of the public about the man’s behaviour, who was in the Ferry Road area of the town at around 5.40pm on Wednesday.

He is described as being around 14 to 15-years-old, standing about 5ft 4in and of average build, with short light brown hair.

At the time he was wearing a grey front zip sweatshirt and light coloured trousers.

Sergeant Karen Mackenzie said: “We are seeking the help of the public in helping to identify this person.

“It is requested that any person who was in that area at the time and noticed this male contact Police Scotland on 101 or Crimestoppers 0800 555 111, referencing NN/20843/17.”
