Drugs with a potential value of £9,000 have been recovered in Lochaber.
Officers acting on intelligence recovered a quantity of herbal and resin cannabis on Saturday, September 2, following a search of a property in the Kinlochleven area.
Unlicensed air weapons were also recovered during the operation.
A 51-year-old man has now been charged in connection with the incident and a report will be sent to the procurator fiscal.
Inspector Isla Campbell said: “Our communities have made it very clear they will not tolerate the trade in controlled drugs and these recoveries show our commitment to making Lochaber a hostile environment for anyone involved in this.
“Anyone with information relating to drugs in the area is asked to contact police on 101 and ask to speak to a local officer or report anonymously via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
