A 36-year-old man has been charged after class B drugs worth more than £5,000 were discovered in a Highland home.
Police discovered the quantity of herbal cannabis, valued at around £5,400, during a search in the Wellington Street area of Wick.
A 36-year-old man has been charged in connection with the recovery and will appear at Wick Sheriff Court later in October.
Caithness area Inspector Nick Clasper said: “Our communities have made it very clear that they will not tolerate the use and trade in illegal drugs.
“We are committed to tackling this problem both nationally and locally in the Highlands.
