Emergency services were called to the Inverness to Perth road near Alvie, by Aviemore, at around 6.45pm. A police statement reads: “As a result of this crash the 58 year old female car driver sustained fatal injuries. “A full collision investigation was undertaken and diversions were put in place.” Anyone with information who has not already come forward is urged to contact police on 101 quoting incident NM/7388/17.
