A man has been taken to hospital with serious injuries after a three-vehicle smash in Ross-shire.
The crash involving two cars and a HGV happened on the B9165 near Fearn at around 2.30pm yesterday.
The 34-year-old driver of the HGV was taken to Raigmore Hospital in Inverness to be treated for serious injuries.
The road was closed for several hours while investigations were carried out, but the road is now fully reopened.
A police spokeswoman said: “It is requested if anyone has witnessed this incident and has not already provided a statement to police, they are encouraged to phone 101.”
