Approximately £500 in cash was stolen from the Outrage ride at the funfair on the evening of Friday. The money was enclosed in a plastic bag, located within the controllers box, and is believed to have been removed sometime between 8.45pm and 9.15pm. Officers are keen to hear from anybody who saw anyone acting suspiciously around the funfair at Tain Links on Friday evening. Anyone with any information regarding this is urged to contact Police Scotland in Tain on 101, or anonymously through Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
