A male driver was killed in a Highland crash last night.
The collision happened at around 7.20pm near the Strathcarron Hotel on the A890 and involved a Grey Audi A3 saloon car.
Police said the 42 year-old driver died at the scene and no-one else was injured. The road was closed for several hours while roads policing officers carried out an investigation. It re-opened at 1.30am this morning.
Officers are appealing for witnesses following the one vehicle collision.
