The alarm was raised at 1.34pm when the climber, who was with a companion, got into difficulty while tackling a cliff face at Coire an t-Sneachda. The Inverness-based Coastguard search and rescue and Cairngorm Mountain Rescue Team were called to the scene after reports of a climber falling. The climber was airlifted to Raigmore Hospital in Inverness. Their condition is not known.
