Police are appealing for information after a bin was set on fire behind the Jobcentre in Invergordon. The fire was reported at around 8am today and was quickly extinguished by the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service. Nobody was injured but some damage was caused to the building, which is in Invergordon’s High Street. The fire is currently being treated as unexplained. and officers are appealing for anyone with information to make contact.
